課程概述 |
This course aims to teach students the state-of-the-art methodologies and algorithms in biological data processing and analysis. In addition, the course includes two hands-on case studies allowing students to practice skills taught in the lectures. Students will be capable of processing and analyzing complex biological data, leading thoughtful perspective in elaborating biological phenomena observed. |

Expertise to integrate the rapidly increasing biological data and inter-discipline knowledge is essential for complementing to advanced technologies used. Through this course, students will learn thoughtful understanding and skills required for interdisciplinary biological data processing, modeling and analysis. |
